Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to permanently delete your Fast UK Couriers account, whether as an individual customer, a business, or a rider, fill in the form and our team will take care of the rest.
- Your profile, saved addresses, and saved payment methods are permanently removed.
- Your order and delivery history is deleted, except for records we're legally required to keep for tax and accounting purposes.
- Business accounts with an active balance or in-progress shipments should be settled first, or your request may be delayed.
- Rider accounts with pending payouts should wait until payouts are complete before requesting deletion.
Requests are reviewed and processed within 30 days, and we'll send a confirmation to your registered email once it's done. This action cannot be undone, so if you'd only like to stop using the app for now, you can log in and deactivate your account instead of deleting it.
